Meet our team!
Lindsey Derby
Lindsey started CrossFit in 2017 as a way to make friends in a new city. With her gymnastics background and overall love of fitness though, CrossFit quickly became more than a place for finding friends, it became an avenue for her to improve and test her strength and skills on the competition floor.
Lindsey loved health and fitness long before 2017 though, earning her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2013. She utilizes the knowledge gained through her degree as she leads the Mad Apple Community as the Director of Fitness/Head Coach.
While Lindsey’s personal goals are on the bigger competition floors, her passion for coaching and helping others improve on a daily basis are the things that make her a great leader in this community.
